Last week, I talked a lot last week about what to do to spruce up your resume.

This week I want to focus on your LinkedIn profile. When you’re building your LinkedIn profile, you need to think about your personal brand.

Keeping your LinkedIn profile current could allow a great new job opportunity to come right to you. Plus, an up-to-date LinkedIn can help potential clients or people with other professional opportunities find you.

How would you answer these questions:

✌️ Who are you and what do you want to be known for?

✌️ What sets you apart from your peers in your industry?

✌️ Whom do you like engaging with and upvoting their content?

✌️ What is your work style?

✌️ What are your personal and professional strengths? How do they complement each other?

Once you know your personal brand, you can express it throughout your LinkedIn profile.

Remember, you have more room than your resume to showcase a wide range of experiences and skills which means a greater chance that there will be something in your profile that a viewer will connect with.

That connection is key when making meaningful conversations!
