The people you work with day in and day out can really make or break your work life. Ask some questions to uncover whether it’s the right team for you.

When you’re interviewing, it never hurts to ask about the current team you’ll be joining. You might want to know their strengths and weaknesses, and how you can help level them up or expand their abilities.

Asking questions in an interview shows the hiring manager that you want to know more about how the company operates, and asking this type of question really gets to the heart of the team you’ll be joining.

Sometimes, it lets you know what your specific role within the structure would be and whether you fit within the company’s culture. By asking questions, you can show that you’ve thought about the job and are hoping to gain all the important details you can to make an informed decision about the future of your career.
